Login procedure as proxy without an electronic VAT mandate, as trustee or for a VAT unit, a general partnership or an ordinary limited partnership

  1. “Digital Key”: choose the authentication method :

    • either with an eID cart reader (you need your identity card, your PIN code as well as a card reader)
    • or via itsme® (you have downloaded the app itsme® on your smartphone)
    • or with a commercial certificate (Isabel or GlobalSign)
       

     

  2. “Identification method”: select “in your own name”



    RNote: when you file returns “in your own name”, only you will have access to the acknowledgement of receipt in Intervat. The legal representative of the company (for which the returns are filed) will only be able to consult them in MyMinfin.
     

  3. You are logged into Intervat

    • If you file “per file” (XML), there must be no <ns2 :Representative> and </ns2 :Representative> tags in the schema.

    • If you file “per screen”, you do not need to fill in the “Representative” section.
