11.10.2023 - Returns as regards the corporate income tax - the non-resident income tax/companies - the income tax on legal entities: deadline postponed till October 10th 2023
The Minister of Finance, Mr. Vincent Van Peteghem, has decided to postpone till October 10th 2023 the deadline for submitting the following tax returns: the corporate income tax, the non-resident income tax/companies and the income tax on legal entities.
The previous deadline for submitting these tax returns was set on October 9th 2023.

01.09.2023 - Submit your return at the latest on 8 September and get priority treatment
If you file your return by 8 September 2023 at the latest and it gives rise to a refund, we will give it priority treatment. As a result, you will receive the refund, barring exceptions, no later than the end of December 2023.
The filing deadline for corporate income tax, legal entities tax or non-resident corporation tax return with balance sheet dates from 31 December 2022 to 28 February 2023 is 9 October 2023.

The filing deadline for returns with balance sheet dates from 31 December 2022 to 28 February 2023 is 9 October 2023.
