CUSTOMS AND EXCISE

For customs and excise related questions or technical questions about the integrated customs systems: we invite you to contact the General Administration of Customs and Excise.

TAKS CONCILIATION DEPARTMENT

In case of persistent disagreement with the federal tax administration: we invite you to contact the Tax Conciliation Department.

Attention:

  • Regarding income taxes, the Tax Conciliation Department can intervene AFTER filing an appeal or a request for automatic relief (see page 2 of your tax assessment).
  • In the event of payment problems, the Tax Conciliation Department can intervene AFTER the refusal of the payment plan that you proposed to one of the infocenters or via MyMinfin.

MAINTENANCE CLAIMS DEPARTMENT

For problems with the payment of maintenance allowance: we invite you to contact the Maintenance Claims Department (DAVO/SECAL).
